This cozy penthouse is 50 m2 (550 sq ft), has 1 bedroom and is equipped with high quality furniture and appliances. We offer amenities not found in the average hotel.
We provide all the fine cooking utensils and accessories you need in addition to modern appliances, including fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster.
Parking, high speed Wi-Fi, unlimited calls to 25 countries incl. US, English TV channels, a gym membership, weekly maid service, a washer & dryer – all included in the rate.

Imagine this cozy penthouse as your refuge from the world. No need to worry about keeping it all clean either, thanks to our weekly maid service. Take advantage of all downtown Stuttgart has to offer, with restaurants, shops, and public transportation just a short walk away.
You will park your car in a private area underneath the building and take a private elevator to the penthouses. Visitors will use a video intercom in order to enter the building.
We’re known for our personal service and don’t just hand over the keys. You can contact us anytime in case you need something or have any questions. We want happy guests.
Enjoy being in the middle of the best of the city, from cafés, supermarkets and shopping to parks, museums, and fests. Going beyond the center is easy with nearby public transportation.

When you stay in one of our penthouses, you get so much more than a hotel room or tiny apartment. Even this smaller apartment is still bigger than most hotel suites and has a nice living area and a separate bedroom.
If you’re looking for a permanent home while you stay with us, you can book our apartments without a fixed check-out date. Just let us know once’ve found your home.
We manage all our apartments ourselves. You don’t need to pay a commission or a deposit. We accept VAT forms and all major credit cards and have TDY/TLA/TQSA rates.
You can get a free membership to the most exclusive gym in Stuttgart with childcare, pool, sauna, hamam and more. It’s conveniently located in the same building as our penthouses and open from 6am to 11pm on weekdays & 9am to 10pm on weekends and holidays.
We will provide you with your own free high-speed Internet with WiFi (not shared with others), free phone calls to many EU countries (landlines) plus the US and Canada (cell phones & landlines). In addition you will get a lot of TV channels in English.
We can provide you with a Netflix account free of charge or you can use your own account if you prefer to keep your settings and recommendations. Watch the latest TV series and movies in your own language whenever you want.

ESS was a dream to work with. They were friendly and efficient.
The apartment was bright, modern, big and well appointed, with pretty views and a full sized (well, European full-sized) kitchen. We spent two months there and were sad to leave.
