Our large penthouses range in size from 100 -130 m² (1100 -1400 sq ft) with one, two or three bedrooms and have fine furnishings and modern appliances. You’ll find far more amenities with us than in an average hotel.

SECURE ACCESS AND PARKING

You leave your car in a reserved area under the building and the elevator to the penthouses is private. You will allow your visitors entry to the building using a video intercom.

Stay with us while you’re looking for your permanent housing. We don’t need a definite check-out date; you can move out when you’ve found the perfect home.

How can I rent an apartment?

How can I pay for the apartments?

We accept credit card or cash payments, wire transfer, or PayPal.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

No.

Do you accept VAT forms?

Yes, we accept VAT forms and we even fill them out for you.

Are your penthouses adapted for wheelchairs?

Yes, all our penthouses are wheelchair accessible. Everything can be reached by elevator and we have wide doors and a large shower.

Do you have a reception?

No, there’s no reception. We are not an extended stay hotel. All our units are real apartments. A member of staff is often on site though and you can always reach us by phone.

How does moving in work?

You tell us when you will arrive and we arrange a time for a member of staff to meet with you, move you in, and explain everything for your stay.

How often are the penthouses cleaned?

Maid service with linen and towel change is offered once a week.

It is possible to have a discount for less frequent maid service – at least once a month.

Do I get fresh sheets and towels?

Yes, linen and towels are changed once a week if you have weekly maid service.

Do you provide a washer and dryer?

Yes, you will have your own washer and dryer in the apartment.

Do I get a mailbox?

Yes, and we will put your name on it.

Do you have smoking apartments?

No, none of our apartments allow smoking.

Do you offer cribs & high chairs?

Yes, cribs and high chairs are available on request, free of charge. Please let us know before your arrival.

What kind of gym do you have?

We have an arrangement with the most exclusive gym in Stuttgart which is located in the building our penthouses are in.

One membership per apartment is included in the rate. On request, we can help arrange additional memberships.

Can I park my SUV or van?

Yes, the parking spots for our downtown penthouses are large enough for big SUVs, vans and trucks.
