When temporary housing is a matter of months rather than a couple of weeks, a kitchen is essential. Our kitchens are fully equipped with modern appliances and everything else you will need.
Workspace in each apartment
Each of our penthouses includes a workspace either in the living area or in the second bedroom. Perhaps you’d like to set up a home office so you can conveniently finish up work in your apartment.
Spacious wardrobes
When you stay with us, there’s no need to worry about living out of your suitcase or cramming your belongings into a few small drawers. Our penthouses feature a strongly-built wardrobe in every bedroom.
Bathrooms with large showers
Our penthouse bathrooms are incredibly spacious and comfortable. Floor heating makes sure you never suffer cold feet, and there are plenty of places to hang your towels and put your things.
Solid wood floors and furniture
All of our downtown penthouses feature solid hardwood parquet flooring. There’s no need to wonder what’s lurking in the carpet – you can see and feel the beautiful clean finish every day.
Original artwork
We believe the details matter. All of our downtown penthouses feature original artwork from Bali, adding unique flair to your dwelling. Each painting is 100% hand-painted on canvas.
High-speed WiFi/LAN
Unlike many hotels and serviced apartment providers, we will provide you with your own free high-speed Internet (Speed: 300 Mbps) with Wi-Fi and LAN which is not shared with anyone else.
Free gym membership
The most exclusive gym in Stuttgart, Elements is located downstairs in the same building as our downtown penthouses. There is even childcare, so you can enjoy a workout or massage in peace.
Free international phone calls
We encourage you to call your business partners and loved ones internationally. All calls to landlines in Western Europe and calls to both landlines and cell phones in the USA are included.
TV with Netflix & English channels
Staying in temporary housing shouldn’t mean missing out on your favorite programming. Each of our penthouses has a large flat-screen television with Netflix and English channels in the living room.
Washer & dryer in each unit
Each of our penthouses has a laundry room within the apartment. You will have your own washer and dryer, which are not shared with anybody else and free to use as much as you want.
Weekly maid service
Our maid service is offered once a week. This is a far more thorough cleaning than the cursory ten minutes hotel rooms usually receive. Our cleaning staff is very detail oriented.
